Based on a revolutionary proprietary process, it is first strengthens glass by more than 400% and then keep it intact in its frame, even if the impact or force is big enough to break it. Here’s precisely how it works:
There are two parts to the system. One – A Super-tough mylar polyester with a scratch-resistant coating. Two – a specially formulated proprietary high temperature acrylic adhesive solution which when applied to the glass, actually penetrates the glass pores, gets absorbed and hardens, strengthening the glass itself.
The result? The same glass now becomes so strong, it actually repels objects hurled at it. That includes bricks and fire bombs. In case of car accidents, it reduces the likelihood of injuries from flying glass by over 95%. In fact, with certain thicknesses of glass, it even becomes bullet resistant.

- The opaque armor will be composed of ballistic steel thickness 3 mm or aramid composite designed to fit in a special canvas apron.
- The upper transparent section is composed of shaped and cut glass 20 mm treated with the XDS Glass Protection System on both sides with 21mil XDS mylar film and proprietary GPS9 special ballistic application chemical.
Type 2

- Simple easy to install, consisting of upper transparent armor and lower opaque armor.
